Principal’s Message

KMS Families,

My name is Michael Melvin and I’m honored to share that I’ve been named the new Principal of Kissimmee Middle School! After four amazing years as Assistant Principal, I’m thrilled to continue serving our Jaguar community in this new role.

Last year, we celebrated a huge milestone—earning a school grade of B for the first time in 14 years! That success is thanks to the incredible dedication of our staff, students, and families.

As we prepare for the new school year, I look forward to connecting with you and continuing the great work we’ve started—together.

 

¡Familias de KMS!

Mi nombre es Michael Melvin y es un honor compartir con ustedes que he sido nombrado el nuevo Director de Kissimmee Middle School. Después de cuatro años increíbles como Subdirector, estoy muy emocionado de continuar sirviendo a nuestra comunidad Jaguar en este nuevo rol.

El año pasado celebramos un gran logro: ¡obtuvimos una calificación escolar de B por primera vez en 14 años! Este éxito se debe a la increíble dedicación de nuestro personal, estudiantes y familias.

Mientras nos preparamos para el nuevo año escolar, espero poder conectarme con ustedes y continuar el gran trabajo que hemos comenzado—juntos.
